"HPLC Technique and It's Applications"
This course aims to provide an understanding of the basic concepts and applications of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), emphasis on reversed-phase HPLC. The participants will be introduced to the qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches and familiarized with the methods and instruments specific to chromatographic isolation of natural products for drug discovery research. In addition, participants will be exposed to the method development for natural product analysis and isolation for drug discovery.
